On 28 April 2026, Professor Emeritus Jan Jaap de Ruiter of Tilburg
University visited SIES and exchanged views with SIES experts on the topic of
“Europe and the Islamic World.” Participants included Dai Yichen, Ji Lei, Long
Jing, Men Jing, Xu Mingqi, Yang Haifeng, Yang Yunzhen, and Zhu Yichen, among
others.
